As featured in the skeletal framing of the mid-renovation phase, we literally re-engineered the load-bearing framework of the house. We bypassed the disruption of traditional foundation work by focusing on the interior structure.

Our team surgically removed restrictive interior walls, replacing them with a series of rhythmic structural pillars. This specialized engineering allowed us to open up the floor plan completely without the need for costly, deep-soil excavation. By focusing on smart structural additions rather than digging down, we protected the client’s equity and kept the investment focused on the results they could actually see and live in.

The result is a seamless transition between the kitchen and dining areas that feels limitless, achieving:
